Join us on 15 - 18 September for a weekend of creative and nourishing vegan and vegetarian cooking with Chef Kate, Karin, Lwazi, Alex and the Bodhi Khaya kitchen team. 

Learn tips, tricks and recipes that will inspire you to make healthy plant-based dishes part of your cooking repertoire. Our kitchen team will guide you through a variety of beginner-friendly techniques, with a focus on vegan recipes, gut-healing ferments, gluten-free bread, pestos and sauces made from veggies and herbs from our gardens. 

The retreat will include cooking demos, hands-on cooking classes, as well as take-home goodies to stock your cupboards with delicious, healthy and nutrient dense staples. 

In addition to cooking, enjoy nature walks, yoga and meditation, as well as plenty of time to relax, rest and recharge.
