‘Wild live on our doorstep’
-Grootbos Foundation-
The accompanying pictures of wild animals in the conservation area of Grootbos are astonishing evidence of animal life that most residents are unaware of. However, for the researchers, the pictures are quite common but extremely valuable. The hidden night cameras have been in use for years. This type of picture provides a thorough idea of wild animals that are still left in our environment.
“These are some recent photographs of the wild and wonderful beasties going about their daily business, snapped unawares in the conservancy by our camera trap network,” said Phil Murray, Grootbos Foundation.
