Meet Tristan Tayop: Boss Fit's New Trainer and Athlete
We’re thrilled to introduce our new team member, Tristan Tayop! Tristan began his athletic journey at Gansbaai Primary School and continued to excel as a top athlete at Bredasdorp High School. Known for his exceptional talent in hurdles and relay, he broke records, earned two trophies, and collected five certificates for his athletic achievements. His hard work even led to receiving clothes for representing Western Province!
Since joining Boss Fit earlier this year, Tristan has been a dedicated presence in the gym. Boss Fit’s own Jaco Louw saw Tristan’s commitment and welcomed him as an official part of our team, training alongside him and guiding him on the practical aspects of the fitness industry.
We’re excited to have Tristan on board! He’ll be assisting at reception and playing a key role in our daily group classes, bringing his passion for fitness and athletics to every session. Come meet Tristan and experience the energy he brings to Boss Fit.
