A Heartfelt Farewell from Herberg aan See
During our annual general meeting on 13 November 2024, we bid farewell to three valued staff members who are starting new chapters in their lives.
Moira le Roux: After 25 years of dedicated service at Herberg aan See, Moira will be retiring at the end of November. She is excited to take on the new title of "Grandma" as she and her husband move to Cape Town to be closer to their first grandchild.
Sr. Alda van Tonder: For the past 6 years, Sr. Alda has been a vital part of our team at Herberg aan See, following her previous role at Huis Lettie Theron in Hermanus. She, her partner, and their little dog Liela look forward to peaceful seaside walks and sunsets.
Oom Louw Botha: Our dedicated handyman for the past 10 years, Oom Louw will also be retiring at the end of November. This year, he and his wife will celebrate Christmas with their children for the first time in many years.
Although we will miss these three incredible team members deeply, we wish them all the best in their new adventures. We look forward to their visits whenever they are in the area!
Additionally, we recognized our dedicated staff who have served for more than 10 years, presenting certificates to them as a token of our appreciation.
