CapeNature Staff Complete Housekeeping Training

A team of CapeNature staff spent 5 days at the Grootbos Environmental Centre taking part in professional housekeeping training.

Grootbos Foundation and CapeNature are both committed to protecting biodiversity, creating jobs, and making sure more people have access to nature.

The training, led by Green Futures College, focused on key hospitality and housekeeping skills, important in eco-tourism, with a special emphasis on fynbos. Staff also enjoyed time walking the trails around the Centre, learning more about the landscape they help protect.

Spending time in nature reminds us why conservation matters. A walk to the waterfall was a highlight, leaving everyone inspired.
