How to Overcome Limiting Beliefs and Become the True You
There is a longing inside of you waiting to break through to the surface. It is the true you calling.
Sometimes anger is more than anger.
Sometimes, beneath the frustration, irritation and resentment, there is a deeper knowing trying to get your attention.
A knowing that says:
I am capable.
I am powerful.
I am successful.
I deserve happiness.
I deserve love.
I deserve success.
I deserve joy.
And perhaps that is why the anger can feel so uncomfortable.
Because somewhere inside you, there is a part of you that knows there is more available to you.
You know what you are capable of.
You know the person you could be.
You know the life you would love to experience.
And yet something keeps getting in the way.
Often, the greatest stumbling block is a belief that has been repeated so many times that it begins to feel like truth:
“I am not good enough.”
But a belief is not necessarily a fact.
A belief can be a story you have created about yourself and your place in the world — a story shaped by your experiences, your environment, the people around you and the ways you learned to protect yourself from pain.
You may have created a story that kept you safe once.
You may have learned to make yourself smaller.
You may have learned not to ask for too much.
You may have learned to settle.
You may have learned to believe that happiness, success, love or joy were meant for other people.
But what if that story no longer serves you?
What if the anger you experience is partly the frustration of the true you trying to break through?
The part of you that knows:
“I am more than this.”
“I am capable of more.”
“I don't have to keep living according to an old belief.”
That doesn't mean you have to fight your anger.
It means you can become curious about it.
Listen to what it is telling you.
What does it reveal about what you want?
What does it reveal about what you believe you deserve?
And perhaps most importantly:
What belief about yourself would you need to change to experience life differently?
Because if a belief is a story, then the story can be examined.
And if the story can be examined, it can be changed.
You hold the power.
Not the power to control everything that happens around you.
But the power to question the beliefs that have been controlling how you experience yourself.
The true you may have been there all along.
Waiting.
Calling.
Ready to be heard.
Are you ready?
It is time to become the true you.
Master your Beliefs.
Master your Future.
