“Marine Dynamics jumped on board and sponsored their experience. Their day started with an awesome helicopter ride to Gansbaai so they arrived beaming with just a little bit of nervousness about their upcoming shark experience. Lots of laughs and jokes led up to their cage diving. A really big concern was Marc Lottering’s hair but it stood up well to the task. The water was a chilly 11 degrees and they saw two sharks, one a 4m female. Staff and crew on board Slashfin were certainly kept entertained. A few Springboks were enjoyed at the Great White House after the dive and then off they flew to join Creation Wines for some food and wine pairing. Their experience will be shown on the Dan Nicoll show on Supersport in a few weeks.
Check out the blog for the 10th April on www.sharkwatchsa.com to see how well Marc’s hair held up to a wetsuit and salt water!”
