Two years ago, they might've been scared or even harmed the snake. But now, after learning about snakes and nature through environmental education sessions, they handled the encounter calmly.
Snake sightings are common in their work. So, when they found this puffadder chilling under a rooikrans bush, they calmly admired its beauty, snapped a pic, and let it be. They even shared the photo proudly.
