De Kelders Modern Coastal Home Build Update

Inspiration and Design: A Modern Masterpiece

Our vision for this home was to blend contemporary design with the natural beauty of our coastal location. We’ve gone for a striking modern exterior, featuring fluted paneling that adds texture and sophistication. This design not only complements the coastal environment but also brings a sleek, artistic touch to the facade. We’re also excited about the innovative roof fixtures that will be both functional and visually stunning.

The Building Process: Milestones and Challenges

One of the major milestones has been the casting of the two concrete slabs, marking a huge step forward in our project. The next big phase is getting the roof on, which will allow us to focus on the interior. The weather has been a challenge, with rain and strong winds causing delays, but if conditions improve, we’re hopeful to finish by early October.

Visual Progress: What’s Next

We’ve documented the construction stages and can’t wait to share more updates with you as we move forward with the roof installation and interior preparations. Stay tuned!
