I was with Jan Otto as instructor for four months. Jan's background in multiple sports came to the fore during our training sessions. Sessions were often focused on building functional strength that has stood me in good stead outside of the gym. He always kept things fresh with new exercises that I had not thought or heard of before. I am happy with his work ethic, knowledge and way of explaining and would recommend Jan to friends and family.
