Benefits of Wormwood

Wormwood is a leafy herb known for its intense bitter taste and belongs to the daisy family, boasting silvery-green leaves and yellow flowers. It’s a powerful herb with medicinal uses and is easy to grow in your garden!

How to Propagate Wormwood:

You can grow wormwood using seeds or cuttings. While both methods are simple, cuttings are often easier and more successful, especially for beginners.

Wormwood Tea Recipe:

1. Boil water and pour it over the wormwood leaves as soon as bubbles appear.
2. Let it steep for 7 - 10 minutes.
3. Sweeten with sugar or honey, if desired.

Medicinal Uses:

Wormwood may help with:

• Colds
• Coughs
• Flu
• Fever
• Loss of appetite
• Headaches
• Intestinal worms

Tip: Only drink wormwood tea when you need it, not daily.
