Leopard Patrols and Pugmarks

Your Friday news comes from the wild winter fynbos of Grootbos. This unique print belongs to Ehlathini, the local dominant male leopard. He patrols large areas to keep other males away and visits several females. Last night, he visited the Grootbos female and her cubs, leaving deep pugmarks in the sand.

These footprints tell the story of life and survival in our beautiful landscape.
