3 Day guided Combo Tour consists of:
Day 1: HIKING
A fitness level of at least a 10km hike are recommended
After breakfast the shuttle drives you to Pearly Beach for a 12.5 km hike to Franskraal. You receive a backpack (which stays the property of Dyer View Tours) with you lunch pack, bottled water, fruit juice and munchies to chew on whilst you enjoy the breath-taking surroundings of the seashore and a view of Dyer Island in the distance on the one side and the dunes on the other. The shuttle will now drive you for a visit to the Penguin Sanctuary where you can enjoy a well-deserved cup of afternoon coffee/tee with cake. The shuttle drives you back to your accommodation.
Day 2: FATBIKE (bikes supplied)
All levels of fitness welcome
After a lovely breakfast the shuttle now drives you to Grootbos where your Fat bike tour guide awaits you for a 2-3 hours ride in De Kelders dunes. Grasping the awesome panoramic view of Walker Bay leaves you breathless! You will receive a video and pictures taken of you on you fat bike ride to take home with memories not to be forgotten!! The shuttle drives you to Gansbaai Harbour where you will enjoy lunch, and there after you will visit the caves in De Kelders nature reserve. Afternoon tea/coffee awaits you at Groeneweide on your way to your accommodation.
NOTE: IF TOUR IS FULLY BOOKED THE GROUP WILL BE DEVIDED IN TWO SMALL GROUPS ON DAY 2 WHERE AS ONE GROUP WIL DO THE MORNING / AFTERNOON RIDE ASWELL AS MORNING / AFTERNOON CAVE VISIT MORNING / AFTERNOON TEA/COFFEE
Day 3: KAYAKING (kayaks supplied)
Pack up time. The shuttle departs early. You will receive a breakfast on the go as you depart for the town of Hermanus which like GANSBAAI is famous for whale watching during whale season. Here the kayak guide welcomes you for your exiting tour! You will kayak in a double kayak, enjoying the surroundings of rock and ocean. With this awesome experience still fresh in your mind you now move on for an early well deserved lunch. Cape Adventure Trip shuttle now drives you to Cape Town International Airport. Speak to either Jannie or Nicole for alternative arrangements for your drop off or an extension tour of your Cape Town visit!!
