The Hidden Cause of Chronic Anger

Most people believe their anger is caused by other people.

The colleague who doesn't do their job.

The partner who doesn't understand.

The family member who keeps crossing boundaries.

The endless demands of life.

But what if your anger is not really about what is happening today?

Many people who struggle with anger have one thing in common:

They feel responsible for everything.

They struggle to say no.

They hold themselves to impossibly high standards.

They believe that if they don't do it, nobody else will.

Over time, people begin relying on them more and more.

Responsibility increases.

Pressure increases.

Stress increases.

And eventually anger becomes the body's way of saying:

"I cannot carry this anymore."

The anger itself is not the enemy.

It may be the messenger trying to show you where change is needed.

Healing begins when we stop blaming ourselves and start becoming curious about the patterns underneath the anger.

Can you relate to always feeling responsible for everything?
