Gansbaai use to be famous for Great White Shark diving, and whale watching that was until Health and Active launched it's own thrill seeking activity!!! Join us every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 17:30 for our extreme "sweat fest” Boot Camp! We have classes suited for the amateur to the pro!
You don’t need to be super fit or in great shape to take part. We are here to guide you on your journey. Make your first step, and we will help you find the confident new you.
