So incredibly proud of our athletes that took part in the Nabba/WFF (National amateurs bodybuilding association/ World Fitness Federation) Western Cape provincials this weekend under the guidance of TeamPaCSA. You are true inspiration and a true representation of dedication, motivation and drive! They represented our gym and town between top athletes over the Western Cape and surely didn't fall short of the quality of athletes that took part on that day.
- Annette van Deventer first show ever, placed 2nd in the ladies physique over 40 division and was chosen to represent WP at Nationals in Pretoria
- Aileen Snyman first show ever placed 2nd in the ladies beach bikini over 30 years division and was chosen to represent WP at Nationals in Pretoria
- JP Bosman (one of our local doctors) first show ever, placed 5th in a very tough Men's novice division.
- Cobus Briedenhann placed 2nd in the senior men over 40 division and also placed 2nd in the Men class 1 over 1.79m division, Cobus was also chosen to represent WP at Nationals in Pretoria.
