"Our stay at the Cliff Lodge was perfect in every way. We booked only an hour before arrival and we were greeted so warmly and friendly that we felt at home immediately. Parking right in front of the Lodge, great restaurant options in walking distance (let Nico reserve you a table :)), the beautiful Walker Bay Nature Reserve only a few steps away. Our room was spotless and had all amenities one could wish for (even a yoga matt). The outdoor shower with ocean view was definitely our highlight. Breakfast includes a buffet and warm dishes like eggs or oats - so delicious and the best start into the day!! What we would really like to highlight are the owners and the staff. Their kindness and hospitality are outstanding. Always with a smile on their faces, always up for a nice chat, always helpful - they organized restaurant reservations, whale tour booking and even provided seasickness tablets. They took such good care of us. Gill and Gideon have created a little paradise and we call ourselves lucky that we found it. The views and whale watching from the balcony (!!) are just priceless. If you want to slow down, relax and enjoy life, the Cliff Lodge is what you need. And then you never want to leave again. Already looking forward to the day when we come back. Thank you so much!"
