Recipe: Spicy Devilish Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 chicken portions
  • 4 tablespoons OK Brand Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons OK Brand Chutney
  • 1 ½ teaspoons mustard
  • 100 ml of water
  • Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter to taste

METHOD

Mix all the sauces with a little water to make a thick gravy. Rub chicken pieces with oil and salt. Place in a medium casserole dish, pour on sauce, dot with butter and close the lid. Bake with a closed lid at 180°C for 90 minutes. Remove the lid for the last 15 minutes to brown the chicken. Serve with rice, salad and/or peas.
