Out with the broken old shaft, in with the new 316 stainless steel shaft.
200mm water pump shaft broke on the treaded end, securing impeller, and was worn out on the bearing journals and seals, creating leaks and sucking in air, causing the pump not to work effectively. The client brought an old and very damaged impeller shaft and we were contracted to manufacture n brand new shaft.
