Boss Fit Triumphs: PCA Garden Route Success
Some of you might have known, others wondered and speculated - yes - we did it! A few familiar faces at Boss Fit participated in the PCA Garden Route event on Saturday, 06/07/2024. For myself, Berindene Venter, and Nathan Taylor, it was our first time, with Boss Fit owner Jaco Louw coaching us every step of the way.
In just 12 weeks of preparation, the results were astounding! We brought home a total of 5x 1st place trophies, 1x 2nd place, 2x 3rd places, a 4th, and a 5th place. That's 5 trophies and 5 medals in one event!
We couldn't have achieved this without the amazing support from Gansbaai and Boss Fit members and family. The energy on stage, hearing your cheers, was incredible. A big thank you to all our supporters at the event, those at home, and everyone who sent us messages - your encouragement means the world to us.

But this was just a warm-up for Boss Fit's very own Jaco Louw. He's gearing up for the BIG event in Cape Town next weekend, and we anticipate even greater achievements! Best of luck, Jaco!
As for me, I've been challenged to join Jaco in one category next weekend. I'm still deciding, but if we receive enough sponsors (as this sport is quite expensive), I might just take the stage one more time.
