Ons gelukwense aan Elmar van der Westhuizen wat onlangs aan die Overstrand Karate kampioenskappe in Hermanus deelgeneem het.
Hy was die wenner in sy ouderdomsgroep en het sodoende sy Overstrand Karate-kleure ontvang. Elmar sal gedurende Oktober aan die WP kampioenskappe deelneem, wat ook in Hermanus aangebied sal word.
Die Overstrand Karate-liga strek vanaf Grabouw tot by Swellendam.
