Our very own waterblommetjie in our fishpond has arrived in full bloom this morning.
Thyme at Rosemary's opened in 2007 and since then the gracious Rosemary Truter has become a firm favourite on the culinary scene.
Over the years this dynamic lady has dabbled in interior decorating, bottled a popular range of homemade preserves and jams, run a thriving guesthouse and been involved in the great white shark industry as a tour operator. What stands out most about Rosemary is her humbleness when it comes to her success, insisting that she owes it all to her loyal team of highly skilled and impeccably trained staff, who have stayed by her side for years.
Rosemary’s latest venture, The Village Kitchen Deli, was established in 2018.

The Village Kitchen Deli is an added service offered to locals and visitors to Gansbaai passing by Thyme at Rosemary’s.
The deli is open daily (excluding Wednesdays) for a selection of delicious sandwiches and meals that can be enjoyed either in the restaurant’s tranquil herb garden or at home.
