"Awesome and a real winner; strongly recommended! Location and view were absolutely stunning; one of the best, if not the best, of our Garden Route trip! Hospitality and friendliness of the owners and staff were terrific. Breakfast was very good, and together with the view from the terrace on Gans Bay made it a real treat. We also liked the eye for detail in the accommodation. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer, and further, explore the Bay and its surroundings and spot more whales and dolphins. Excellent value for money!

"Wonderful, warm and welcoming hosts. Comfortable and pleasing rooms. Excellent breakfasts made to order, with freshly baked muffins, omelettes and/or fried eggs, fresh fruit and views that were breathtaking. We got super lucky and saw four different whales right from the breakfast table. Not only did we see two whales playing in the waves across the bay, but we also got to see a mom and her little whale calf right in the bay in front of the B&B. Given it was technically after the what season was over we couldn’t believe how fortunate we were. Special mention goes to Jack (African Grey Parrot) for his dancing and quirkiness, and to Tigger (tame and friendly house cat/wildcat mix). The pets make it a fun and special experience."

"We loved staying here. Linda and Deon are very friendly helpful and personable hosts, already booking us a whale watching trip before we even arrived. That was spectacular! As are the views from the rooms (comfortable beds, tastefully decorated) and terraces. Breakfasts while watching whales (!!!) and birds are the best we had on our whole trip.
