Set within a Bodhi Khaya’s natural sanctuary, connect with sound on a soul level, as you dive into and explore the healing power and intricacies of frequency, music and sound.
Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments, bowls and voice to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body.
Sound can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to higher vibrations of love and joy.
Guided by intuitive musicians and sound healers, Quentin, Lindy and Chareldi, the weekend will consist of opportunities to both take in and listen, as well as co-create your own unique sound.
There will also be meditation, yoga and plenty of time to walk and rest in nature.

Sound Journey
Quentin and Lindy are intuitive musicians, offering a gentle, meditative, sound journey, traveling with the harmonics of vibrational instruments and voice. Their organic ethnic sounds emerge from the grounding bass of the didgeridoo, the celestial overtones of the somachord, the mystical rain stick, to the playful uplifting orbiphone and kalimba.
Sound Synergistic Workshop
Quentin and Lindy will guide you in playfully finding your individual sound, though voice, physical movement and instruments. Together merging your intuitive sound with the collective organic overture.
Sound Healing
Chareldi uses a combination of crystal bowls and Himalayan singing bowls to realign the chakras and facilitate deep healing on our body’s energetic frequency. The powerful frequencies of these ancient and sacred bowls shift us into a state of theta brainwaves, helping to repattern negative thinking and restore homeostasis on a mind, body, soul level.
