Worry Is Like Praying For Things You Don't Want

Worrying keeps you busy doing nothing. There is a lot of avoidance behaviour, known as procrastination.

Worry keeps you focused on what you do not want.

Worry feeds your subconscious with the picture of "success" for the future which in this case will be that thing you do NOT want with all your heart.

Pull your mind, your thoughts, and your energy back to you. Breathe deep into your abdominal area. Now ask yourself: What is it that I do want?

Once you have that answer, time to move focused and with vision towards that what you want.

Worry is a way to keep you from discovering your confidence, your personal strengths, your self-motivation, and the wonderful being you are. The root of your worry is a disempowering, limiting belief that you hold about yourself. The key is to discover your greatness.
