Duality of Life: Navigating Opposites and Embracing Choices

We live in a world of right and wrong. Black and white. Sweet and sour. Dark and Light. This is the duality of life here.

If we only had light, right, and sweet how would we know that we had light, right or sweet? It is the opposite that directs us to what we want. And that is the only purpose of the "side we do not want". To bring our focus back to what we want.

The biggest problem today is that most people focus only on what they do not want. They fear it. They criticize it. They judge it. They avoid it. While you are doing this, you have lost your focus on where you are going. You are now onto another path, leading your directly away from your dream.

Your so-called failure serves you to bring focus back to your dream or goal. It shows you what you do not want.

Remember one man's failure is another's building block. You can choose to become the victim, or you can choose to see it as a building block to re-enforce your commitment to yourself. And when you achieve that dream or goal, it is even more sweet, because you have experienced the opposite. Imagine a life where you never experience the lows so you may live out the highs? A life of monochrome or a techni-colour rollercoaster?

Don't resist the negative. Use it as a tool. Expect the positive, because it is waiting around the corner. What will you choose: bland or flavorsome / dull or exciting / flat or scenic/ predictable or exhilarating? It always remains your choice.
