Mayoral committee ready for their term

Newly elected Overstrand Executive Mayor Rudolph Smith took pleasure in announcing the recently appointed Mayoral Committee which will serve under his stewardship for the term 2016 to 2021 on 22 August 2016.

The members of the Mayoral Committee are: Ald Rudolph Smith (Executive Mayor), Cllr Archie Klaas (Protection Services), Cllr Elnora Gillion (Infrastructure &  Planning,  LED  and Tourism), Ald Dudley Coetzee (Executive Deputy Mayor & Finance), Ald Anton Coetsee (Speaker), Cllr Riana de Coning (Manage-ment Services) and Cllr David Botha (Community Services).

The first official Mayoral Committee meeting took place on Wednesday, 31 August 2016, followed shortly thereafter by the first Council meeting.
