Wynproe, eet, musiek en piekniek  “In Die Bos” het ‘n  spesiale fees atmosfeer onder digte bome geskep.

Die hekwagte en reguleerders van voertuie by Lomond Wyne, was die ene vrolikheid. Vlnr Marthinus Barends, Kobus Pieters en Adriaan Moes. Lomond wyne het vir ‘n gesellige feesatmosfeer op die oewer van die Kraaiboschdam gesorg. Vlnr Caroline Gabb, David Mostert, Allan Mussa en Wayne Gabb (Eienaar: Lomond Wyne). Daar moes bontgestaan word met die wynproewery en etes in Lomond se melkhoutboombos. Vlnr Pieter Badenhorst, Mags Miles en Sam van Rooyen. Wat kan feesteliker wees as goeie vriende, goeie wyn en goeie kos – en op die koop toe – uitstekende bediening in ‘n digte bos melkhoutbome. ‘n Vrolike Sanchia Chivell in beheer van die wynproe-tafel. Hierdie groepie vrolike feesgangers op Wayne Gabb se gronde het net op groot pret gefokus. Vlnr om die tafel Defrane Dahl, Frans en Delene Scholtz, Keith Hobkirk, Gawie Krugel en Wayne Middleton. Die “Bos”-sangers, Clive Maasch en Allan Jones het die gaste in die digte bos met opgewekte musiek en sang vermaak. Piekniek in die bos! Die 8 maande oue Olivia geniet dit terdeë saam met haar ouers, Beau en Tharley du Toit. The winner of the Rockets Funky Fynbos Mountain Bike Race over 45 km – Ewald Gerber - at the halfway mark. Sean Mccarthy, ended in second place over 45 km in a time of 02:40:06 Christoff Fourie en Monique Janse van Rensurg nader die waterpunt. Hulle het onderskeidelik 7de en 9de geëindig in Sondag se 12km wedloop. Chris Groenewald wat vyfde geëindig het tydens Sondag se wedloop op die pragtige terrein van Groeneweide. Very pleased that he reached the water point – Stephen Kelly. This 60 plusser finished the race in 02:08:17 The “sweepers” at Sunday’s trail run through the beautiful grounds of Flower Valley Farm were Hilda Louw, Annelie Hanekom, Gill and Uwe Nusser. They form part of the local Strandveld Voetslaanklub and took on the festival route in high spirits. Kranige fietsryer, Dr Corrie Loubser (vierde van regs) en sy span wat gesorg het dat alles op die roete glad verloop, hier saam met Martiena en Du Toit Kotzé wat die Built-It/Seaview Cleaners waterpunt beman het.
