What does one say when you have sold your dream, ‘there are many more’ is what I say.
Yes, after 8 years of owning the Lighthouse Tavern, it is time to say goodbye. It has been a wonderful time of serving wonderful people and sharing lots of happy moments with everyone and my staff. My head cook and right hand lady, Bomkazi Joyce Ndlazi, without you my friend, I would not have survived, you have been with me through every moment good or bad, we have even cried together.
Thank you, you are one special lady and I love you for everything that you have accomplished in the time we have worked together.
My special best friend Michele de Jager, there are not enough words to describe what you have done for me, you are awesome, thank you for all the years of pitching in whenever my business required it.
To everyone who has worked at my business during the years, I thank you and do remember each one of you. I thank all my suppliers and patrons who have supported me it has been a wonderful journey and all is appreciated.
