Attending members and visitors gathered together for a photo after last Sunday's service at the Gansbaai Family Church to commemorate the growth of the Church since 1995.
The Church started as an informal get together of a handful of English speaking Christian followers who initially met in the Dutch Reformed Church Hall. From there they moved to the Library Hall then the Information Centre. The Church was constituted in 2002 and was finally able to purchase the property it now occupies in 2012.
Membership has meanwhile grown to 50 people and at any one service attendance could be between 40-60 people.
As part of their fundraising drive this year, everyone was given a talent of R100 to increase by September this year, by using their own God given gifts and talents.
